Во первых на компьютере установлены дополнительные темы оформления, возможно проблема в них. Я-бы для начала создал нового пользователя и проверил как шрифт отображается у него, если там тоже будет эта проблема, то нужно либо настроить дополнительные темы оформления либо просто удалить их.А вообще параметры размера шрифтов в Win 7 можно изменить здесь:.Панель управления\Оформление и персонализация\Экран.В этом окне нужно выбрать размер шрифта 100% и выйти из система, а затем заново войти.
